A few more images from my summer fitness shoot with Eden. These pictures were just delivered to her plaque mounted at 16x20. They look fantastic. I really encourage my clients to print their pictures. There's a real emotional impact seeing a large print. We shot the images at FlexPlex Canada. At the bottom is a behind the scenes video of on of the images.

Fitness Shoot with Eden at FlexPlex

I had a great shoot Saturday morning. Women's fitness with Eden at FlexPlex. She was great and hit all of her exercises perfectly. She trains under Brian Fletcher at Adrenaline Training Centre. We purposely kept the weight lighter than what she's used to for training so we could hit the poses and hold them longer. The pictures and video turned out great. Here's a few teaser images and a behind the scenes video.

I wanted to show the iron dedication the model has for working out and fitness so we needed an intense image.
