Fitness Shoot with Eden at FlexPlex
I had a great shoot Saturday morning. Women's fitness with Eden at FlexPlex. She was great and hit all of her exercises perfectly. She trains under Brian Fletcher at Adrenaline Training Centre. We purposely kept the weight lighter than what she's used to for training so we could hit the poses and hold them longer. The pictures and video turned out great. I wanted to show the iron dedication the model has for working out and fitness so we needed an intense image.
